As a qualified structural engineer, I provide detailed structural calculations for use on site, most commonly for the removal of internal walls.

Do I need Structural Calculations?

Not every building project requires structural calculations. Most often these are required when a wall is to be removed and steelwork is to be installed. This can be for small projects such as widening a door opening or removing a chimney breast, or for larger works such as a loft conversion or extension.
